Imelä Confections is a boutique bakery in Holden, MA. We are a registered kitchen specializing in wedding cakes and cookie favors.
Traci Heikkinen has been working with frosting as a medium since she was exposed to cake decorating as a teenager at her first job at Baskin Robbins (over twenty years!). To expand her abilities, Traci has taken classes at Johnson & Wales University, and workshops with master decorators to learn new techniques.
Traci loves to learn and is always looking for a new challenge. Her goal is to create the cake of your dreams.
